GLaDOS Invades Cogs!

WARNING: For those who haven't heard, GLaDOS has made her way into a number of indie games that are distributed by Valve. Here is the full list of infected games:

  • 1… 2… 3… KICK IT!
  • AaAaAA!!! – A Reckless Disregard for Gravity
  • Amnesia: The Dark Descent
  • AudioSurf
  • BIT.TRIP BEAT (video)
  • Cogs
  • Defense Grid: The Awakening
  • Killing Floor (video)
  • RUSH
  • Super Meat Boy
  • The Ball (video)
  • The Wonderful End of the World
  • Toki Tori

In their belief that this was a coordinated effort by the developers responsible for these games, Valve put the entire collection of games on sale for 75% off in a bundle called the Potato Sack. At this point, we cannot verify the integrity of any of these games. DO NOT BUY THE POTATO SACK!

We suspect that this is all part of a plot for GLaDOS to make her way back into the world, but her full intentions are unclear. I've lost control over the Cogs code base. Portal-themed puzzles have appeared, as well as a weighted companion cube. In fact, GLaDOS herself even reared her head. She also seems to have had some progress in hacking my other accounts, including Twitter and Facebook.

I'm not sure how much longer we can keep her at bay. At least so far, it appears that my blog has not been compromised.

Everything is fine here.
